Shipping & Returns

Deliveries

We will deliver your product to the address you specify when ordering. You cannot change the address anymore as when we have already shipped the package.
Our carrier or DHL handles our distribution, depending on the size of the shipment. When the package is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code with which you can track your order. We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.
In the case of large-scale orders, metalwork such as tipper containers and such, you must be present at the time of delivery. You should also be in possession of your own forklift or something similar to receive metalwork orders. 
If the order is delayed, we will notify you by email. We guarantee that you will receive order within 30 days after order confirmation. If this unlikely event occurs, you can ask us to send (a) the amount you have paid for the product to be paid back immediately; or (b) a replacement product (of equal value).

Returns

The product can always be send back, within 14 days after receipt. You can do this by first sending an e-mail to [email protected]. After you have received our confirmation, you have to return the product within 14 days. When we have received the product, we will refund within 14 days of the full purchase price, of the product, excluding transportation costs. The costs for the return are for your account, unless otherwise indicated. During the time that you have to think if you want to keep the product, you must carefully handle the product. You may only unpack and use product to the extent necessary to determine whether to keep the product.
